Regular aerobic exercise is recommended for hypertensive patients, ideally performed for 30-60 minutes daily for 5-7 days a week.

 

Additionally, regulating blood pressure through adequate sleep is important. Sleep plays a role in restoring brain function and maintaining central nervous system stability. Lack of sleep due to stress can induce hypertension. Therefore, maintaining a regular sleep pattern and ensuring sufficient sleep duration are crucial.
