Managing chronic conditions like hypertension, cholesterol, and diabetes is crucial, as well as adopting habits such as adequate sleep, smoking cessation, and moderation in alcohol consumption. While short naps may delay brain aging, excessive daytime sleepiness can have adverse effects, emphasizing the importance of taking appropriate rest at the right times.
