Solving Chronic Fatigue in Daily Life Without Medication: Exploring Lifestyle Habits.
Paying attention to the signals our bodies give us and maintaining correct posture and breathing is beneficial to our health.

People Prone to Burnout Syndrome

Burnout syndrome often affects individuals with a success-oriented personality, workaholics who prioritize work over hobbies or personal life, perfectionists, introverted individuals in customer-facing roles, and those who care for family members for extended periods.

Posture Changes and Burnout Syndrome

When burnout syndrome occurs, our posture changes. Continuous tension is applied to the arms and legs, while the sympathetic nerves located in the abdominal center of the body weaken. As a result, our bodies tend to bend or tilt to one side, with the body's center becoming imbalanced. This leads us to mostly lower our gaze, stand or sit crookedly, or have an unstable posture.

These changes in posture lead to excessive muscle tension and accumulated fatigue. However, correcting our posture can alleviate and prevent such symptoms.

Overcoming Burnout Syndrome through Posture Correction

To overcome burnout syndrome, it's essential to correct our body posture. Concentrating on the abdominal center of the body and straightening the spine is necessary. By correcting our posture in this way, tension in the shoulders and neck eases, and we can feel more comfortable. Additionally, practicing diaphragmatic breathing helps relieve stress. Diaphragmatic breathing promotes the secretion of cortisol and dopamine while activating the sympathetic nervous system, improving symptoms of burnout syndrome.

Furthermore, during rest, it's better to focus solely on relaxation rather than listening to music or reading a book. If these efforts do not alleviate the symptoms, seeking professional help is advisable.

Paying attention to the signals our bodies give us and maintaining correct posture and breathing is beneficial to our health. Especially in busy daily life, we need to pay attention to our body posture. To alleviate and prevent symptoms of burnout syndrome, start by straightening the spine.
